Your Role
- General Ledger Management:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness using QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Review and verify the accuracy of financial data and transactions within QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of the books on a monthly basis.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Account Analysis:
- Perform detailed account analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
- At least 5 years of General Accounting Experience which includes doing reconciliations, financial analysis and reporting.
- Required: Experience in using both Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
- Amenable to Work Onsite in Eastwood.
