We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably from an advertising or digital marketing agency. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients for some of the country's most recognized brands. You will represent the entire agency, ensuring that clients receive engaging and high-quality products and services on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client communication and relationship management.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with the strategy team to deliver campaign results.
- Be responsible for client satisfaction and yearly contract renewals. (Incentivized!)
- Oversee client budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Pitch new ideas and innovative solutions to existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with relevant industry events and trends to better serve your clients.
Work Setup:
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Monday and Thursday), 3 days work-from-home.
- Flexibility required for client meetings or training as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of years of experience in Account Management, preferably from an ad agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Must be open to a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
