Senior Account Manager

Work Set up: Hybrid (twice a week remote work and three times per week office based in Angeles, Clark, or Makati Office)

Work Shift: Monday to Friday (Needs to be Flexible on Shifts)

As the Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients in the outsourcing and recruitment industry globally. Your expertise will be essential in understanding client needs, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth and success

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships for PH, AU, UK, and US-based clients
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and align our services to meet their evolving needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of outsourced services, meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Develop account plans and strategies to expand business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and growth within client accounts, and present innovative solutions and services to address their needs
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues or concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in account management or related areas are advantageous
  • Proven track record 5 years in account management within the outsourcing or professional services industry, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Well-versed in handling international B2B clients for retention
  • Can do upselling for organic growth of account
  • In-depth understanding of outsourcing services and the ability to articulate the value proposition to clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Project Management tools, and Google Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events both local and international
  • Willing to work for a hybrid setup with an office located in Angeles City, Pampanga.
