Requirements
Expected Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent
Desirable: Diploma in teaching Students of Determination (SOD), Gifted and Talented, and EAL students
Essential Experience:2 years of experience teaching SOD, Gifted and Talented, and EAL Students
Desirable: Experience working in the UAE with Emirati High School boys
Essential Skills: Maintenance of caseloads and documentation, willingness to work as a team, flexibility, Strong work ethic, Leadership, Collaboration, Humor, Integrity, Confidentiality, and Decision Making
Strong understanding of inclusive education, differentiation, and whole-child approach
Ability to collaborate and guide Learning Support Coaches and other teaching staff
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
Working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
