Objectives
- To carry out a continuous operation in accordance with the standard procedures and work instructions.
- To maintain high product quality and minimize losses during granulator operation.
- To upgrade and maintain hygiene and sanitation in the area.
- To carry out safety measures and procedures at all times.
- Check and ensure readiness, cleanliness and dryness of the lines, equipment, auxiliaries and machineries involved in granulation operation, big bag filling and tote tilting station.
- Check prevailing conditions at his area, ambient temperature and RH.
- Coordinate with QAL for any quality deviation noted for immediate corrective action.
- Ensure safety and care in handling machineries involved in the operation at all times.
- Assist Engineering crew during maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Coordinate with other personnel for assistance during shutdown cleaning.
- Report all abnormalities noted/ problems encountered to the immediate supervisor.
- Follow the factory Safety Rules and observe the company Code of Conduct for Safety & Security.
- Participate in conducting Accident Prevention Tools (Safety Index) of the Department and other safety activities.
- Conduct regular check (M&I checklist) of the equipment and its and its accessories to ensure a smooth and continuous operation.
- Participate in NCE and TPM activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that might be assigned by his immediate supervisor from time to time.
