As a SEM Specialist, You Will
- Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key campaign metrics.
- Provide creative ad copy suggestions and graphical ad templates to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and communicate optimization recommendations to clients.
- Track performance using dashboards and key reporting tools to identify insights and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and continuous optimization.
- Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and growth opportunities to clients both virtually and in person.
- Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party tools such as Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in creating, optimizing, and reporting on PPC campaigns using Search Ads 360
- Ability to think creatively and develop new campaign strategies
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
