As a Self Service Activation Executive, You Will
- Ensure a strong focus on activation and improving overall brand performance
- Conduct welcome/introduction calls to all new clients
- Review and complete structured tasks triggered by customer actions; understand the customer context to deliver the appropriate next steps
- Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring insights and objections
- Offer clients actionable advice on how to best utilize our products
- Understand client needs and manage expectations throughout the customer journey
- Maintain and update customer records and activities in CRM
- Support with additional projects when required
Non-negotiables:
- 3+ Years with a previous client-facing
- Good Communication & Writing skills (Email Competency)
- Proficiency in the English language is required
- Confident on the phone, able to handle objections from business customers
- Exceptional organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience with a CRM system e.g. Salesforce is a bonus
