Manage the mall's security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers, employees, and property. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Supervise security personnel. Investigate security incidents and take appropriate actions. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations and security administration. Monitor security systems and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Security management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years work experience in the security industry, able to supervise large number of agency personnel, basic knowledge in computer, knowledge in emergency response.
- CSP - Certified Security professional (optional).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- SM City Zamboanga and SM City Mindpro
