Job Summary
The Security Manager will oversee and implement security protocols for all ongoing construction projects of Robinsons Land. This role ensures the safety of personnel, contractors, equipment, and materials on-site, while maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce site-specific security plans for construction projects.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel and third-party security providers.
- Monitor access control, perimeter security, and CCTV systems at project sites.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and local authorities on security matters.
- Implement emergency response procedures and ensure readiness for contingencies.
- Prepare and submit security reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Robinsons Land’s safety and security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage diverse teams.
