Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve applying your security expertise to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to address security challenges, implementing security measures, and ensuring the integrity of information and infrastructure against potential cyber threats. You will also participate in discussions to enhance security protocols and contribute to the overall safety of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

Monitor security incidents and respond effectively to mitigate risks.

Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.

Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance regulations.

Experience with identity governance and administration tools.

Knowledge of access control models and authentication mechanisms.

Familiarity with security incident response and management processes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.

This position is based at our Manila office.
