Security Delivery Lead

Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).

Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project execution and providing guidance and support to the project team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.
• Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Application Security.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Experience in implementing security controls and measures.
• Experience in managing security incidents and conducting incident response.
• Experience in security risk management and mitigation.
• Experience in security awareness training and education.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Application Security.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
• A degree in a relevant field is required.
