Communicate risk policies and processes to the organization and provide development of risk models and ensure risk management program is operating effectively and provide research and analytical support.
- Ensures the organizations compliance obligations by administering the Certificates, Licenses and Legal
- Compliance monitoring system and conduct compliance audits
- Implements an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes administration and management of TCP and ROHQ’s risk registry data, including analysis and review on completeness, accuracy, and depth
- Supports strategic initiatives pertaining to development/updating of processes, tools, and templates to improve risk management and to help drive adoption of such processes, tools, and templates
- Analyse current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company and performing a risk evaluation together with risk liaisons
- Actively monitoring and risk reports tailored to the relevant audience, highlighting risks that warrant most attention
- Interprets and translates results, trends, and takeaways to risk management working body, risk liaisons/owners
- Perform risk action validation
- Drives production of predictive analytic reports
- Participate in other process reviews and provide assessments on risks impacting the organization
- Ensures program readiness supporting ISO certification initiatives
- Building risk awareness amongst risk liaisons by providing support and training within the organization
- Participates in various training and education programs to help with professional development
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned by immediate superior.
- Graduate of any 4-year course. Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences, pre-law or engineering courses preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience related to Security & Risk, business, program, or project management set-up at an administrator or engineering environment capacity job function;
- Experienced in business management system is preferred

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply these across the business process
- Strong understanding of industry standards for risk management and compliance risk within the manufacturing and technology industry
- Cross Functional Competencies
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word).
- Ability on report writing and verbal communications skills.
- Experience on Project Management skills.
- Self-starter with good time management and organization skills.
