Job Summary
- Responsible for the monitoring, review of reconciled GL accounts and to ensure accuracy and
- reliability of reports to concerned Head Office units.
- Responsible for checking of daily monitoring and review of GL accounts for any abnormal balance, float items, and discrepancy between SL and GL.
- Validates the investigation made by the Reconciliation Specialist that cause the discrepancy and their recommendation on the adjusting entries.
- Monitor the escalation, reconciliation and issuance of exception memo to concerned units
- Validation of the updated status and/or disposition of outstanding balances of Accounts included in the quarterly aging report. Escalation of long outstanding items.
- A graduate of any Accounting or equivalent course
- Knowledge on Bank’s operations and accountingrelated entries, Bank’s internal policies/rules and regulations
- Preferably with experience in bank operations or accounting-related.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good in Analysis, Problem Solving, and Time Management
- Has Initiative; Diligent and Accurate;
- Good team member (works well with a team)
- Willing to Learn
- Dependable and Punctual
