Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical, for effective information retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars, prioritizing time-sensitive engagements.
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using office software tools.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Fluent proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience for Intermediate candidates or 5+ years for Senior candidates in a secretarial or administrative role.
- A minimum of a College education; Master's Degree or higher preferred.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment or supporting a distributed team.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
