  • Manage and organize correspondence, documents, and schedules for the executive team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 25 years of experience in a support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
