Job Description

As a Search & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you'll manage SEO strategies, Shopify optimization, and affiliate marketing programs to drive discoverability, engagement, and revenue growth. This role blends technical expertise with creativity, helping build visibility for global e-commerce channels while ensuring peak site performance and data-driven marketing success.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO, Shopify management, or affiliate marketing.
• Google Analytics, SEO, or Shopify certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks and tracking systems (Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, etc.).
• Experience managing Shopify admin, product feeds, and theme customization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong collaboration across teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing large product catalogs (1,000+ SKUs) across marketplaces.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for on-page SEO adjustments.
• Experience building affiliate programs from the ground up.
  
  

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct ongoing technical SEO audits (crawl errors, broken links, site speed, schema markup) and implement fixes.
• Manage on-page SEO strategy across categories, collections, and product pages to boost visibility.
• Build and manage affiliate recruitment pipelines, negotiate commission structures, and track performance.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, operations, and content teams to ensure optimized product data feeds.
• Develop A/B testing plans for landing pages and content modules to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure ROI on SEO and affiliate programs.
• Maintain relationships with third-party tools/vendors (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, affiliate networks).
• Provide SEO and affiliate marketing guidance to internal teams.

• Collaborate with the DTC team to deliver $600k in DTC gross sales growth.
• Increase organic search rankings and traffic by 10% quarter over quarter.
• Maintain Shopify storefront uptime and Core Web Vitals compliance.
• Reduce bounce rates and improve time on page for key categories.
• Ensure 100% product catalog accuracy across Shopify and marketplaces.
• Achieve positive ROI from affiliate partnerships within 6 months.
