Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
  • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and communication.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Proven experience working with Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).


Good To Have (not Required)

  • SAFe Scrum Master or other Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
