The Role
As the Screening & Dedupe Unit Head, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations, streamlining the processes and procedures, and implementing and reviewing the policies related to the process in order to determine its effectiveness and to recommend necessary enhancements or amendments thereon.

As the Screening & Dedupe Unit Head, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations, streamlining the processes and procedures, and implementing and reviewing the policies related to the process in order to determine its effectiveness and to recommend necessary enhancements or amendments thereon.
How you'll contribute
- Mentors and develops team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensures compliance to various regulatory reporting deadlines such as QA, preparation of audit samples be it with internal, external and or BSP audit.
- Supports the Credit Processing Head in complying with the Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time.
- Reviews the unit’s performance report that tracks the unit’s accomplishment against set criteria such as but not
- limited to the following: productivity, error rate, and turn-around time.
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in Consumer Loan products and Credit Cards
- With background in process improvement and risk control
- Has data analytics skill set and report preparation
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including external parties.
- Must have strong leadership skills.
