Your Role:


As a Healthcare Scheduler , you will be responsible for:


Position Summary The Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) consistently receive services. This role requires high-level English proficiency, strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while taking personal accountability for one's actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain weekly staff schedules.
  • Match staff to client needs based on availability and qualifications.
  • Respond to schedule changes, staff absences, and urgent coverage needs promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate confirmed schedules to staff and supervisors clearly.
  • Track attendance and report concerns to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduling changes while safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all communications with staff and management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling, workforce management, or administration.
  • High-level spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment independently and with accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Healthcare or caregiving scheduling experience (preferred).
