About the Role
As a Schedule Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will involve managing and organizing schedules for various departments within the organization. You will coordinate with team members and clients to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet scheduling requirements. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
Preferred qualifications include candidates with experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in scheduling consultations for specialized medical fields, are highly valued. Familiarity with coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules for healthcare professionals is a plus.

About the Role
As a Schedule Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will involve managing and organizing schedules for various departments within the organization. You will coordinate with team members and clients to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet scheduling requirements. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic calendars for individuals and teams.
- Proactively address scheduling conflicts, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and priorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures related to scheduling.
- Actively monitor and update multiple scheduling platforms, such as SupplyPro, SchedulePro, BWP, etc., used by builders.
- Participate in group chats with builders to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience using scheduling software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
