SAP Test Analyst - ERP/ECC (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Salary: P100,000-P150,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP testing (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, WM, or Retail).
• Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest, or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and middleware testing (e.g., SAP-BTP, HighJump, Koerber WMS).
• Ability to conduct UAT and end-to-end testing with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP automation testing tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify).
• Familiarity with performance testing for SAP environments.
• Background in retail, supply chain, or warehouse management systems.
• Understanding of API testing and integration testing methodologies.

What will you do?

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for SAP ERP modules.
• System & Integration Testing: Perform functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing across SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using ALM, JIRA, qTest, or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and testing outcomes.
• Automation & Optimization: Implement test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all test activities adhere to quality standards, business requirements, and industry best practices.
