SAP S/4 EWM/WM Analyst

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time SAP S/4 WM (Warehouse Management) Analyst to strengthen our team’s proficiency in optimizing warehouse processes through SAP S/4HANA. This role is crucial in configuring, implementing and enhancing SAP S/4HANA WM modules to streamline warehouse operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Configuration and Customization:

• Expertly configure and customize SAP S/4HANA WM modules to align with specific warehouse management requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand intricate warehouse management needs and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.

Support and Integration:

• Lead ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA WM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Optimize integration points to enhance the flow of information across the warehouse management ecosystem.

Rollout Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan for SAP S/4HANA WM in the new plant and warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA WM modules to align with the specific requirements of the new facilities.
• Coordinate data migration and testing activities to ensure a smooth go-live.
• Implement FIORI transactions and reports for the new Plant

Warehouse Process Enhancement:

• Evaluate and enhance warehouse processes within the SAP S/4HANA WM environment to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline warehouse workflows

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize advanced SAP S/4HANA WM reporting tools like FIORI to analyze and present meaningful warehouse management data.
• Help to customize insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making in warehouse and inventory management.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and warehouse management processes.
• Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA WM functionalities.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA WM features.
• Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as an SAP S/4HANA WM Analyst or a similar role, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP WM modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing warehouse management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience with SAP implementation projects and system integrations is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading SAP WM rollout projects is essential.
