Your Role:

As a Salesforce Marketing Specialist, You Will

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline and hand off leads to Sales Representatives for closing.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints to engage decision-makers in various industries.
• Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to develop accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting strategies.
• Track and document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and enhance campaign performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SEBPO’s services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Background in sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling
