Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Real Estate Company in their search for a Sales Training Supervisor based in Mandaluyong.

Salary Range: ₱32,000 - ₱40,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Mandaluyong City

The role

The Sales Training Supervisor is responsible for creating new modules for Training and Development of the clients Sales Team and implementing training activities to help develop the skills of our clients Sales Team. Also, to recruit new Sellers both In House and External Partners to help the clients Team grow their sales network.

Your Responsibilities

Administrative Function

  • Do training updates, results, and expenses to ensure the delivery of cost efficient training activities and programs
  • Design and conduct training needs analysis for the Sellers to properly identify training gaps and provide appropriate learning interventions
  • Source external training providers based on identified needs of the sales organization
  • Do training report and assessment
  • Participate in Departmental meetings and report necessary information needed by Sales
  • Participate in all company activities and sales activities and initiative
  • Perform other duties and functions in Training that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Recruitment Function

  • Source and recruit new Sellers from the Real estate industry or in any sales industry
  • Will train and develop new Sellers that will be assigned to the In House Team or External Partners
  • Do Online posting for new Seller’s recruitment

Planning and Organizing

  • Conduct interview, assessment and evaluation from the training needs and results to ensure the compliance and standard of the Training Program

Design and Develop Training Interventions

  • Identify, Develop and recommend programs, learning sessions, presentation tools and materials for the enhancement of skills and knowledge of the identified participants
  • Collaborate with Sales Head in planning and organizing activities related to Training
  • Development of new Training modules and tools that are required to meet the current needs and requirements
  • Conceptualize program improvement and logistical support to the sales department and activities.

Implementation and Training

  • Implement and facilitate onboarding orientation to new In House Sellers, onboarding process, Product Knowledge Seminar, mandatory sales training and other sales related training and seminars for the Sellers of In House and External Partners

What We're Looking For

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or any related course
  • At least 2 years experience in Training and Development for Sales personnel in a Real Estate Company
  • Must have experience in Training Module creation for Real Estate Sales Personnel
