What You Will Do
- Provide technical assistance for SFA system setup, administration, and user access.
- Generate reports on customer data and assist with route realignment, territory boundaries and customer tagging with M&S leaders
- Create and maintain SFA system procedures, conduct training for field sales and back office, prepare surveys for internal teams, and provide status updates on pending issues until resolved.
- Generate historical data reports and assist with product launch analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in operational support, database management, preferably with multinational FMCG.
- Good understanding of RTM dynamics/ KPIs/ Financial implications
- Strong anayltical skills with ability to translate data to commercial insights
- Familiar with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, Channel Planning
