Sales Support Specialist

Xilium is a homegrown Clinical Support Outsourcing (CSO) company hailing from the City of Love in the Philippines – Iloilo City. Your Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as Sales Support Specialist. This role involves managing databases, scheduling follow-ups, coordinating calls with clients, and maintaining sophisticated email correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for technology, and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Manage and update client databases for accurate information tracking
• Conduct regular audits and clean the database to improve efficiency
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team
• Ensure sophistication and attention to detail in written communication
• Utilize sales-related software and tools to enhance sales support processes
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and tools to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support in the sales process

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in efficiently managing and updating databases is a plus
• Ability to schedule and coordinate follow-ups and calls with clients, optimizing the sales team's time and resources
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Adept in utilizing technology and software tools relevant to sales support, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with the sales team
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, providing essential support to ensure seamless operations and client interactions

Your Background:

• A four-year degree (from any field—we value your skills more than the specifics of your major!)
