The Sales Support Officer (SSO) shall be primarily responsible for providing support to Sales Channels by ensuring that the accounts will be booked; that the collateral will be annotated and encumbered to the respective government agencies and client’s documents will be sent.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Market Head in managing the Sales Support team,
  • Reviews completeness and accuracy of loan documents for prompt and timely booking of accounts,
  • Approves Authority to deliver,
  • Attends to queries and needs of internal/external channels, branches, dealers and clients,
  • Monitors document deficiencies of Auto Loan.
  • Monitors assignments to Service Providers for registration of mortgage to Registry of Deeds and encumbrance of mortgage to Land Transportation Office
  • Monitors sending of clients’ loan documents to Courier Services.
  • Reviews and authorizes the payment to Service Providers and department’s expenses through Eproc,
  • Handles accreditation and renewal of service agreement of Service Provider,
  • Supervises Auto and Floorstock Sales Support Assistants
  • Monitors booking and line availments as well as payment & remittances of CWTs of Floorstock accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • Preferably with at least two years of experience in similar function
  • Knowledge and technical expertise in product and loan documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
