SALES SUPPORT OFFICER ( BACOLOD CITY)

The Sales Support Officer is responsible for any deficiency, approval and compliance of loan documents. He / She supports and works hand-in-hand with Business Sales Officers and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of loans requirements, movement of CLAs in the application/credit process without delay, consolidate and prepare sales reports, forecast monthly booking and strategizes and orchestrates prioritization of accounts, supervises the activities and task of Marketing Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates sales reports
• Coordinates directly with customers for the completion of requirements
• Reviews loan requirements and ensure its completeness
• Ensures CLAs move in the application/credit process without delay
• Coordinates with Fulfilment for the documentation and implementation of approval
• Forecasts monthly booking and strategizes and orchestrates prioritization of accounts to ensure attainment of booking target
• Supervises the activities and task delivery of the Marketing Assistant to make sure all CLAs are properly acted upon
• Ensures that loan documents are complete and properly executed by the Customer
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management
• Preferably with at least three years of experience in banking operations
• With extensive credit skills and bank product knowledge
• Has excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
