We are looking for a Sales Support who will provide sales support to our sales team. The support provided by this role is critical in enabling the business to achieve our world class levels of customer service and maintain sales growth.

Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support who will provide sales support to our sales team. The support provided by this role is critical in enabling the business to achieve our world class levels of customer service and maintain sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales support team to manage all customer and sales team member requests received
- Process customer sales orders via e-mail, ensuring accuracy
- Liaise with customers via email
- Process quotes for customers, ensuring correct cost and margins are applied
- Prepare excel files for the team for quote calculation review
- Maintain accurate sales and purchasing records in Trello
- Manage activities related to sales orders including back orders and customer communication.
- Creation of new customer accounts in ERP
- Setup price files (sales agreements) into ERP
- Entry of activities into CE on behalf of the sales team
- Manage activities related to quotes and opportunities in the CE
- Help manage quotes, leads and opportunities in the CE
- Upkeep of customer and sales data in ERP & CE, ensure we are maintaining accuracy and integrity
- Enter all customer related activities in CE
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team and the National Sales Team Leader with varying tasks as required
- Assist in maintaining new and active commercial building projects/potential prospects in CE
- Take minutes and action items from team meetings when required
- Help drive efficiency and effectiveness through the end-to-end Sales process, identify areas of inefficiency and present solutions to mitigate
- Demonstrable experience in administrative or sales support role(s)
- Experience working in busy high-volume roles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Previous exposure to a sales environment would be highly regarded
- Professional Tertiary Qualifications: A qualification in a business-related field (Desirable)
