By efficiently managing bookings, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on the requests of destination specialists, verifying details such as flight itineraries, accommodations, and activities.
- Input booking details into the company’s booking system, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Accurately process and manage bookings, ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and report generation.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the sales support processes.
- Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives.
- Candidates must have 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
- Candidates must have an In-depth knowledge of the travel industry.
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must have good administrative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
