We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to assist with sales consolidations, invoicing, and general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Consolidation: Assist with organizing and consolidating sales data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Invoicing: Generate, track, and send invoices to clients; ensure proper documentation and timely processing.
- Data Entry: Use Excel to input sales and customer data, ensuring accuracy in records.
- Customer Support: Provide friendly and responsive communication with customers, answering questions related to invoices or sales orders.
- Sales Reports: Support in the preparation of weekly or monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reports.
- General Administrative Support: Provide flexible support to the sales team as needed, including handling communications and other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or college-level education (preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related field).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (ability to perform simple calculations, manage data, and use spreadsheets effectively).
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle data with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show flexibility in meeting changing priorities.
