Job Description
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
- Develop and implement effective account strategies
- Coordinate and lead meetings with clients and internal teams
- Supervise and mentor account executives
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks
- Monitor account performance and troubleshoot issues
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular feedback to improve team performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Three or more years of experience in account management and has its own client list
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
