ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of ensuring the growth and development of his/her area (Region 11, 12) helping agents meet their sales and distribution targets, and identifying potential growth areas.
• Exploring new sales opportunities for the company.
• Handles a team of 4/5 sales agents and ensures that the group performs effectively.
• Makes regular trade visits with his/her sales team to ensure that they are visiting and developing their areas and accounts.
• Ensures the proper and on-time execution of all marketing strategies and activities in the account.
• Makes and submits regular reports including sale reports, trade visit reports, performance scorecards, and so forth.

QUALIFICATION

• Male/Female
• Must be currently residing in Davao City
• College graduate majoring in Business Management/Marketing/Other Business Related courses.
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Sales Supervisor preferably with a Consumer Goods company
• Adept in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Pleasing personality and can immediately establish rapport with people.
• Willing to learn
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Good work ethics
• Analytical and able to do time management well
