Sales Representative (UK Paper & Pulp Supply Chain)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (03:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
  

What will you do?

• Proactively identify potential clients in supermarkets, transportation companies, and other waste-generating businesses.
• Conduct cold calls to reach decision-makers responsible for waste management or procurement.
• Negotiate purchase prices and budgets with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and close profit margins.
• Secure agreements for the sale and collection of waste, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Arrange transportation for the collection of waste from clients to our recycling facilities.
• Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery schedules.
• Set up and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales targets and account performance.
