We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a passion for automotive and car audio systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and good knowledge of car audio technology.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the main sales channel contact for the CCT team for new revenue-generating orders for Sonicelectronix.com via email and calls.
- Responding to compatibility and product questions from CCT Level 1 arising from sales volume.
- Managing correspondence and sales services for wholesale accounts.
- Conducting outbound proactive contact to follow up on abandoned carts.
- Handling NVX dealers, sales, and wholesale accounts.
- Developing expert-level product knowledge of 12-volt electronics, and uses understanding of products and customers’ desires to exceed personal and company sales goals.
- Proficient in HelpDesk/FreshDesk, for support ticket triage and email resolution within the company and clients. Prioritizing important customer queries and escalating high-level questions to executives and senior team members.
- 5+ years of sales experience preferably in the automotive or car audio industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of car audio technology and products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
