How Success Looks Like:
Matrix Ownership:
- Train the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on the matrix management system.
- Maintain and update the Matrix Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Be responsible for the Payment Tracker to monitor and report payment statuses and discrepancies.
- Handle the accrual submission process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Track and reconcile accruals to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain a Partial Performance Tracker to monitor project progress and performance metrics.
- Consolidate data from various sources to provide comprehensive reports for management review.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment on matrix management and performance tracking initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and address any administrative challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management or tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
