- Must have at least 1 year of call center and sales experience
- Clear English communication and quick thinking are required
- Tools: MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Salesforce
- Bonus if familiar with Facebook Meta Chat
> Handle inbound and outbound calls
> Manage live chats and scheduled client calls
> Qualify leads by gathering insurance and service-related information
> Coordinate with closers to schedule meetings and follow-ups
> Re-engage past clients with outbound calls
