Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing individual sales action plans that align with the overall sales strategy, ensuring a targeted and effective approach to drive business growth. This role focuses on converting current sales opportunities and identifying new prospects to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory, accounts, or industry segment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a service-based industry such as commodity testing or inspection services.
  • Proficiency in both Filipino and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of modern sales techniques and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the target industry, including key players, market trends, competition, and regulatory landscape.
  • Capability to sell services at viable margins within operational limits.
  • Skilled in drafting, evaluating, and negotiating complex contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Effective in delivering compelling presentations to various audiences.
  • Adaptable and responsive to fast-paced and changing work environments.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans that support revenue growth objectives for assigned industries, regions, or client accounts, in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
  • Identify, research, and proactively engage potential clients to establish new business relationships and meet sales goals.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs and challenges, translating them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, service agreements, and tender documents within required timelines.
  • Ensure prompt and professional submission of proposals and related documentation, including follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activities, including client meetings, calls, and visits.
  • Address and resolve customer issues by facilitating solutions, preparing reports, and recommending actions to management.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and initiate actions to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth transition and successful delivery of services for new and ongoing business.
  • Support marketing campaigns and business development efforts as required.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and report relevant market intelligence.
  • Assist with invoicing and collections in coordination with the Business Manager.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's service offerings and ensure clients are informed of the full range of available services.
  • Refer cross-selling or business opportunities to other departments or business lines as appropriate.
  • Always practice safe behavior, prioritizing the health and safety of both employees and clients, in compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned for departmental support or personal development as directed by the immediate supervisor.


QHSE Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate full commitment to QHSE policies, procedures, and work instructions by actively participating in safety activities and complying with relevant regulations.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assist in maintaining workplace emergency readiness.
  • Ensure safe disposal of waste generated from daily tasks, in compliance with disposal regulations.
  • Report all incidents and near misses according to incident reporting requirements.
  • Use all tools and safety equipment as intended, reporting any loss or damage to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Remain vigilant about potential hazards and communicate risk concerns to supervisors or QHSE representatives.
  • Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments as needed by management.
