We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager (Southeast Asia) to lead our efforts in the Asian region within the Pet Food Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring brand presence across diverse markets in SEA.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Asia Pacific region.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Drive expansion into new territories and channels, ensuring a robust market presence.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt strategies to the Asia Pacific market.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all Asia Pacific markets.
- Implement brand-building initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Work closely with other departments such as product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with global strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing for the Asia Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within either Food or Pet Food Industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales targets and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region.
