- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Sales Target Achievement and Sales Forecasting skills
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of CRM software and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the BPO Industry for European, U.S, U.K or Australian clients
