Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales & marketing team in business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the APAC/Philippines region.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital channels.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material.
- Work closely with the sales team to track and analyze campaign effectiveness & pipeline progress.
- Collaborate on brand-building activities in the local market.
- Participate in strategic discussions and projects aligned with the CEO’s vision for business expansion.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-starter attitude.
- Passion for technology, HR Tech, and business growth.
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift – Philippine time).
- Direct exposure to strategic projects aligned with RChilli’s CEO.
- Hands-on experience in real-world sales and marketing projects.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders in Sales & Marketing.
- Training on tools and strategies used in international B2B marketing.
