Schedule: Monday to Friday- 8:00am-6:30pm

Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food production or
- Strong understanding of market segments, including key accounts, distribution channels,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Amenable to work in Las Piñas.
Sales Lead:
- Manage sales across online, general market, key accounts, and distribution segments.
- Train and enhance product knowledge of team members handling various sales channels.
- Ensure periodic forecasts are completed to anticipate portfolio needs and mitigate supply
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct product presentations to decision-makers and business owners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TOP Creamery's portfolio.
- Acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers.
- Drive sales growth and increase opportunities in line with business expansion goals.
- Create and submit tailored corporate proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Continuously improve response times, service quality, and after-sales support.
- Actively engage with clients during product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to organize sales events and campaigns.
- Represent TOP Creamery at offsite events, conferences, and branding campaigns.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed.
- Report directly to the Managing Director on all aspects of sales performance.
- Provide monthly reports to the Board of Directors on sales activities and performance.
- Ensure efficient management of sales operations and adherence to sales procedures.
- Make recommendations for improvements to streamline sales operations.
- Oversee and resolve any sales operations challenges promptly.
- Align all sales activities with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
- Implement and manage sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
