Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • With at least three (3-5) years’ experience as Sales Manager or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably with Sales Experience coming from a Construction or Office Fixtures Related Company
  • With Technical experience in Engineering field; fit out-works;review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Achieve Sales Target and Build Relationship with Current and Prospective Customers
  • Conduct Client visits for possible Sales Opportunities and address Client Concerns
  • Closely coordinate with Operations Department to ensure that project completion is followed

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with marketing and product teams

Identify new market opportunities and trends

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Conduct training and mentoring for sales staff

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
