What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Creates an excellent and high-performing sales team to consistently hit the required sales target per month, quarter, and year.
- Monitors team KPIs and proactively identifies actions that team members can take to improve each week and each month.
- Runs weekly team meetings to share best practices, identify sales trends, and overcome roadblocks to quickly improve sales performance.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops sales team members through motivation, counseling, career growth support, and product knowledge education to improve overall performance.
- Supervises floor operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency while meeting all sales targets.
- Analyzes team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training.
- Coordinates and collaborates with the Marketing team to ensure leads are effectively converted to grow sales.
- Recruits and interviews new BDS candidates who are the right fit for the sales team in both skills and behavior, supporting the best interests of the team and the company.
- Educates, trains, guides, and assists in onboarding new team members.
- Plans, creates, and reviews sales strategies for the team to effectively hit sales targets.
- Monitors and evaluates sales calls to understand team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluates and provides feedback to ensure teams consistently deliver exceptional sales performance backed by Best-in-World service.
- Leads by example and manages floor operations by conducting regular floor walks to ensure team members strictly adhere to company guidelines and policies (e.g., IT Policy, Code of Conduct, WF Policy, QA Policy, Dress Code Policy, Attendance Policy, Sales Guidelines, etc.).
- Prepares and analyzes work schedules and recommends resource allocation per hour or per day to meet or exceed online sales trends.
- Works closely with the Sales Ops team to ensure alignment with sales processes and regulations.
- Reports any discrepancies, concerns, or issues affecting sales operations.
- Supports management and company decisions and policies and effectively relays messages to co-workers and staff.
- Maintains a healthy relationship and effective coordination with BDS team members and other internal departments.
- Helps disseminate information in a clear and understandable manner to ensure employees and customers receive accurate updates.
- Handles managerial complaints, queries, or calls while maintaining credibility as a representative of higher management.
- Enhances personal skills by attending sales training sessions and taking Workday and LinkedIn courses related to the role.
- Follows proper communication channels and directly raises work concerns, feedback, or challenges to the direct report.
- Performs special assignments and other necessary tasks related to Sales Department activities, such as sales spiffs, sales rewards, sales events, and other sales-related projects.
- Renders work hours with flexibility when required.
- Dresses appropriately and always presents a good image for the company.
- Conducts business in alignment with the company’s core values.
- Complies with the different policies set by the company.
- Ensures that the company always conducts business in an ethical manner without putting anyone in a position of risk.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving sales targets. Must have managed a team of 10-15 members in a previous managerial role in BPO Setting.
- Open to on-site work in Cebu, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Results-driven, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets ethically while enforcing team productivity and schedule adherence.
- Strong sales forecasting abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team development skills to support professional growth.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- At least a college-level student; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage.
- A background in web hosting, SEO, or IT-related industries is a plus.
