Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead/Coach to join our team and help drive the success of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales representatives. This role will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs, boost sales effectiveness, and support a culture of high performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead/Coach to join our team and help drive the success of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales representatives. This role will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs, boost sales effectiveness, and support a culture of high performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs (new hire, upskill, refresher) focused on outbound/inbound selling, consultative sales, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct coaching sessions (one-on-one and group) to enhance sales agents communication, product knowledge, and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales performance and identify gaps through call listening, side-by-sides, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to develop customized coaching plans to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, client products/services, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
- Create training materials, job aids, and sales playbooks to support continuous learning and development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback, and post-training assessments.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding training outcomes and areas for improvement.
