Position Summary

This role is predominantly responsible for the design, communication, and administration of the sales incentive plan across the region while working closely with the global team to align on best practices. The job will involve constant review of the program to ensure it is driving the desired behaviors and is always aligned with the overall company strategy to achieve its strategic goals. This will involve working closely with the leadership team, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Functional Leaders in making sure that data and relevant information are made available to calculate commissions accurately and on time. Given the amount and kind of data processed, the role is also responsible for creating and driving various reports for analytics and monitoring purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Incentive Program Management. Ensures effectiveness and alignment of the program with organizational strategy and priorities. This includes continuous communication and change management around the program.
  • Target Setting. Supports senior leadership in defining sales targets across various roles.
  • Incentive Calculation and Administration. Ensures accurate and timely calculation of incentive for payout to participants
  • Incentive governance and documentation. Maintaining high standards on incentive governance and documentation.
  • Sales and Business Performance Tracking and Analysis. Meeting stakeholder requirements on and utilization of reports and dashboards. Holding regular cadence meetings with sales leaders with regards to their team’s performance.
  • Other functions related to Sales Operations & Support. Perform tasks and responsibilities that are related to sales operations and support enabling the business to achieve its growth ambitions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant work experience with proven track record on:
    • End-to-end Sales Incentive Program management
    • Data management / organization and processing on a complex set of data from various sources
    • Working and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization across various countries
    • Automation and continuous process improvement through technology
    • Driving multi-faceted target setting exercise with the sales leaders
    • Working closely across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries
    • Working under pressure, handling multiple tasks and deliverables within expected timelines and accuracy, and prioritizing tasks accordingly
    • Managing a team of analysts and developing their technical skills and business acumen
