KEY DUTIES KEY REQUIREMENTS

 Sales  Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a 
Identify target customers based on identified industry segments strong focus on technical products or machinery sales 
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify in the Food Industry

potential customers  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, 
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s pharmaceutical machineries Business, or related field

and solutions, including features, benefits, and ROI potential  Strong understanding of food production processes, 
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, particularly Oils and Fats, Confectionery, Bakery,

answering any technical queries about machine specifications, performance, and Fruits and Vegetables
and integration  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales 

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to closing deals, targets, especially in B2B sales environments
ensuring timely and accurate contract documentation  Excellent interpersonal, communication and 

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build presentation skills
your professional network and gather market intelligence  Working well under pressure

 Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the Division Manager  Working self-reliantly
and Senior Managers  Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility

 Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly  Team and disciplined working spirits
 Professional appearance and demeanor

 Client Relationship Management  Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills
 Provide excellent customer service, including post-sales support and follow-up  Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
