- Generates sales and hits monthly/quarterly quota.
- Provides clerical support to the Sales Manager by attending bidding's and sales-related meetings.
- Maintain proper business relationships with clients, in-house architects, and project managers through assistance on clerical tasks and inquiry resolution.
- Prepares varying documents related to sales operations including job orders, sales reports, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 year as sales executive preferably in the construction industry or B2B.
- Product and industry knowledge in construction.
- Ability to conduct market research & sales presentations.
- Excellent time management, customer relation management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
