As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), You Will
- Prospecting leads generated by MicroSourcing's Build-to-Scale Hiring-Signal Program—an initiative that identifies new job postings as buying signals.
- This role owns the execution of a structured 10-day, 6-touch outbound cadence across email and LinkedIn.
- Tasked with generating meetings by crafting personalized outreach, engaging with prospects across platforms
- Converting warm interest into scheduled calls for the Sales or Client Solutions team.
