The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to businesses, navigate through gatekeepers, and connect with decision-makers.
- Use various outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from the companys services and determine their needs.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM, with a preference for Zoho CRM, but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on potential opportunities.
- Continuously test and improve messaging to increase conversion rates and engagement.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear enunciation.
- Proven success in a sales, lead generation, or cold calling role.
- Strong motivation and drive, with a focus on performance-based results.
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Tech-savvy with an interest in telecommunications, Internet, and networking solutions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A background in telecommunications or technology services.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
- You are naturally curious and eager to learn about new industries and products.
- You have a knack for building rapport quickly with prospects and clients.
- You are resilient, handling challenges and setbacks with a positive attitude.
- You enjoy testing new approaches and adapting strategies to improve results.
- You are results-oriented and enjoy seeing your efforts translate into tangible outcomes for the business.
